Grinaker-LTA is a multi-disciplinary construction and engineering group, anchored in South Africa and focused on selected infrastructure, energy and mining opportunities in Africa. The Group's multi-disciplinary capability is delivered through focused business units acting in synergy.


Grinaker-LTA Business Units
Grinaker-LTA, which has an annual turnover in excess of R10-billion and employs some 15 000 people, is a fully black empowered South African company with 25 percent of its share capital owned by a TisoGroup led BEE consortium.  The remaining 75 percent is owned by Aveng Limited, a company listed on the JSE Securities Exchange South Africa.

On Tuesday 8 December 2009, the lights of the 2010 World Cup final stadium, Soccer City, were switched on for the very first time, flooding the pitch and the stands in light and confirming to the world that South Africa will be ready to host one of the most spectacular soccer World Cup events in history.
